Bring back the search options from the last versions.

Parts search and adding
Adding parts to a work order is to complicated. It is taking technicians double the time to find the part in the system and then add it to the work order. I like what was added as far as the advanced filtering capabilities goes but that should be a separate option. Having the search default to the BOM of the equipment is not helpful since not every item you work on has an asset id. We need a basic search capability like we had before with my site stock and that would satisfy 90% of all technician parts needs.

Need excel export to include entire filtered selection
Period capacity currently exports only 100 rows. My exports would usually contain 400-500. I use this to allow the customer to see what work we have scheduled for a particular week.

Revert to original portal search/sort features vs filters
The filters are extremely inefficient. Also, filters takes away the ability to see examples of what is included in the column.

When scheduling a task in period or daily capacity - flag the that additional tasks exist for that asset.
Period - Will help us ensure we're scheduling all open tasks for an asset that can be completed at once - planned correctives and current PMs.
Daily - So we visit the asset only once

Adding time to wo
When adding labor it is difficult to change the start time maybe add a way to set your start time or delete the old time and type in the new currently I need to use a mouse to double click the time to be able to type in the actual time

Codigos de reparacion
A mi punto de vista , esta buena la idea de mejora el sistema , pero creo prudente que cada sitio debe de tener sus códigos de reparación ya que en cada sitio las maquinas son diferentes y por ende el refaccionamiento es diferente . ademas de tener mas claro la información en la base de datos

Make Criticality emergency-1 the default when customer is creating reactive W/O
When customer is creating a work order they hardly pick the level 1-emergency schedule breaker, if default was level 1 we would have less of a chance of it getting overlooked in the daily schedule.

Make more User friendly Group List
Option to adjust group list to have most used at top of list by as set by individual user.
Ex: -RIW -RIW: Phase 1 ..... I dont need these at the top of my list having them at top pushes the groups i use lower down.2 votes -

Parts Needs Forecast
A report that will look at all needed materials on all open PMs, show the availability (in stock or not) and the pm compliance dates. This would help with kitting and verifying all needed parts are at least on order for future PMs with customer promise dates prior to compliance due dates.

list Task# on feedback
Description :
eFactory Pro 3.0 Planner/Scheduler portal - Job Plans, Job plan feed back. Please add Task# to Feedback.Job plans are used on multiple assets and work orders. Sometimes feedback is machine specific. The list of feedback for any given job plan does not list the Task# that the feedback was entered on. With hundreds of work orders using the same job plan in a given month, it becomes very difficult to validate the feedback.
